Meeting minutes, annual work plans, financial reports and event photos are all kept in the society's shared Google Drive. The secretariat grants access to members of the board.
Please email the secretariat from your Google account and we will add you to the society's shared drive.

A public website cannot truly protect internal documents — anything placed in the website's files can be found by search engines or by anyone viewing the page source, even behind a login screen. Keeping board documents in a shared drive with account-based access is the only reliable approach.
