Event Recap
Written by 吳順卿 (Volunteer with the society)
The cold weather could not dampen the society's compassionate commitment to spreading slow living and caring for life.
At eight in the morning, 鵬文 arrived at Zhuolan Senior High School with 陳媽 (volunteers 浩明 and 順卿 joined at half past nine) to begin three conversations about life with two classes of students and their teachers.
Through guided breathing awareness, making herbal bath sachets by hand, creating the shared painting "Little Flowers, Great Vessels", and blending and savouring their own incense powder, teachers and students practised finding calm, settled body and mind, and slowly returned to the present.

Taking part, I deeply felt the care and love the principal and the library director have for their teachers and students — from the careful arrangements for 鵬文's classes to preparing snacks and drinks from six in the morning. It was moving. I also saw for myself how fulfilled and relaxed the students and teachers were afterwards: a calm from the inside out, genuine and beautiful.
And I myself felt deeply, once again —
Wonderful!
